Each day brings new “in”sights to be discovered. Today, open to ease of movement, flow of energies with growing the new you. Quality of attention does happen with support inside & out, group energy from your Yoga community. At 77 years of age, I continue to see the results of regular asana practice: maintaining range of motion, smooth movement of joints & muscles & organ function. Our inside rivers & streams flow to do daily cleansing, healing & rebuilding. Best of all, are the lessons of sensing, seeing & prioritizing choices of mind & body. Asanas give you strength to take care of the bigger picture of life. Coming to honor “no attainment,” as this body will age. Abilities & capabilities you have are still to be discovered & used lifelong. Learning you deserve to take care of you, to take time for you, to respect our errors & learn from them.

Wisdom of Yoga is intended for those looking to enhance their existing practice. Pre-registration is encouraged. Suggested items to bring: eye pillow, socks, blanket, yoga block, water bottle & two yoga mats if possible. Please wear your mask. Your temperature will be taken prior to entering.
