Stay in the historic town of Waimea at the renowned Waimea Plantation on the island of Kauai. Enjoy yoga daily with time to explore and soak in the beauty of the island. . . in the middle of winter!
Sessions are for yoga practitioners & the physically active. Focus will be on asanas & meditation.
This 30th Annual Retreat Holiday brings 45+ years of a broad range of yoga styles, beginning with Iyengar to Vinyasa and more. Holiday provides support, challenges & excitement! Emphasis will be placed on developing strength & fitness, flexibility, body-mind connection & harmony. Yoga and Meditation throughout the retreat.
Holiday provides a private life coach Rob Marshall to be on stand by for any student to speak with. Your yoga journey may uncover new and old holding patterns that benefit greatly from having supportive professional to speak with.

December 3: Gathering to Begin Ceremony, Managers House, 4pm
December 5 – 8: 3 hrs morning 7-10 am & 2 hrs in evening YOGA & MEDITATION
December 9: 3 hrs morning & 1.5 hrs evening, CLOSING CEREMONY & HAWAIIAN DANCE
