Seven days in paradise!
Stay in the historic town of Waiamea at the renowned Waiamea Plantation on the island of Kauai. Enjoy yoga twice a day with time to explore and soak in the beauty of the island … in the middle of winter!

Sessions are for yoga practitioners & the physically active. Focus will be on asanas & meditation.

This 25th Annual Retreat Holiday brings 40 years of a broad range of yoga styles, beginning with Iyengar to Vinyasa and more. Holiday provides support, challenges & excitement! Emphasis will be placed on developing strength & fitness, flexibility, body-mind connection & harmony. Yoga and Meditation throughout the retreat.

December 3 – 8: Yoga, 3 hours in the morning & 2 hours in the evening
