Seven days in paradise!
Stay in the historic town of Waiamea at the renowned Waiamea Plantation on the island of Kauai. Enjoy yoga twice a day with time to explore and soak in the beauty of the island … in the middle of winter!
Sessions are for yoga practitioners & the physically active. Focus will be on asanas & meditation.
This 27th Annual Retreat Holiday brings 45+ years of a broad range of yoga styles, beginning with Iyengar to Vinyasa and more. Holiday provides support, challenges & excitement! Emphasis will be placed on developing strength & fitness, flexibility, body-mind connection & harmony. Yoga and Meditation throughout the retreat.

November 30 and December 7 are travel days
December 1: Gathering to begin ceremony
December 2 – 3: Yoga, 3 hours in the morning & 2 hours in the evening
December 4: Yoga 1 hr morning & Exploring Kauai north shore Beaches, botanical gardens & hikes
December 5: Yoga 3 hrs in morning & Waimea Canyon visit, Forest Range lecture & hike
December 6: Yoga 3 hrs in morning, 2 hrs in evening, Closing Ceremony & Hawaiian Dance

STEP 3: FINAL PAYMENTS
