We are ready to begin again at Wild Hearts Wellness— limited numbers, covid-19 vaccination required. Register via email to Holiday.

Beginning & continuing students welcome. Take time to create a yoga practice that meets your needs. This class focuses on alignment, improving strength & stamina, and increasing flexibility. You will be supported meeting challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at the own pace. Those who are very still are welcome. Teens, teachers of teens & US veterans receive a 75% discount.

Tuesday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30 am

$25 drop in or 8 classes for $145.
Payment can be mailed to Holiday as a check at 3016 NE 27th Ave, Portland, 97212 or brought to Wild Hearts Wellness at class time.

Holiday will share her expertise in the basics of yoga, managing stress, peace of mind, injury prevention, injury recovery using yoga therapeutics, and much more.

Options include private (just you), semi-private (you and your friends), and group (you and your team).

In person classes are available for fully vaccinated people.

Standing on Your Own Two Feet™ Teen Program


2017 marked the 25th year of classes & workshops run through Standing on Your Own Two Feet™ the nationally recognized nonprofit program developed by Holiday to serve teens and teachers of teens. Learning to access her own inner wisdom through yoga facilitated powerful healing for Holiday from the challenges of childhood and early motherhood responsibilities while still a teen, and she feels strongly about encouraging and developing the potential of young people — especially adolescent girls — through yoga practice.

The curriculum emphasizes fitness with awareness, personal development, self-esteem, and the importance of life-long health habits. In addition to their own practice, teens learn to teach yoga to peers, so they learn a practical job skill as part of their training.

The program is open to young people ages 12 - 19 of all fitness levels, & to full-time teachers of teens. Students can join at any time. Discount for teens, teachers of teens for all classes and workshops. All Retreats are 1/2 price, for teens and or sponsorships available. Talk to Holiday for details.

Join ANYTIME at a pro-rated cost!
Classes purchased during a current term have to be used with-in that term.
Missed class credits will not transfer into a new term (no exceptions).
