Beginning and continuing students welcome. Take time to create a yoga practice that meets your needs. This class focuses on assisting alignment, improving strength and stamina, and increasing flexibility. Holiday supports assisting the flow for development & healing within each student, and providing support to meet challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace.

Tues, 5:30 pm, 90 mins Beginning and All-Levels Yoga
A great starting point that covers the basics: posture, alignment, building strength, increasing range of motion, improving flexibility, yoga philosophy, breathing & relaxation. Those very stiff are welcome. Practitioners of all levels are welcome at this session.

Weds, 5:30 pm, 90 mins Intermediate Yoga
This class is an opportunity for dedicated yoga students to deepen their practice . Challenge your comfort zone and recognize self-determination, learn to play your edge without pushing but instead with compassion, patience and courage to meet resistance. Seek insight and greater understanding while receiving support from other dedicated students and Holiday. Student-based yoga style gives individualized attention.   • Cash or check only, NO CREDIT CARDS.
  • All classes are offered in 8 week terms, but you can join ANYTIME at a pro-rated cost! (Minimum of 4 classes purchased for a discounted price.)
  • Classes purchased during a current term have to be used with-in that term. If miss a class you can make it up by:
    • attending another class during that term (or)
    • bringing a friend with you to another class during that term.
  • Missed class credits will not transfer into a new term (no exceptions).
