This class focuses on alignment, improving strength and stamina, and increasing flexibility. You will be supported in meeting challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace. $80 - 8 weeks, $15 drop-in Tues, 5:30 pm, 75 mins Beginning and All-Levels Yoga A place to start that covers the basics: posture, alignment, building strength, increasing range of motion, improving flexibility, yoga philosophy, breathing & relaxation. Those very stiff are welcome. All levels of practice are welcome at this session. $72 - 8 weeks, $15 drop-in Wedns, 4:00 pm, 60 mins Teens Yoga A non-competitive & fun class for teens 11-18. Develop skills to produce a sense of well-being: strong, centered and healthy. Develop focus, concentration, and stress management skills. A project of Standing On Your Own Two FeetTM, a non-profit yoga program for teens $32 - 8 weeks, $5 drop-in Wedns, 5:30 pm, 90 mins Intermediate and Advanced Yoga This class will explore deeper asanas, pranayama, mantra & meditation practices. Receive support & practice with other dedicated students. This class is designed for students with a minimum of 6 months of yoga or instructor approval. $80 - 8 weeks, $15 drop-in Wedns, 7:15 pm, 90 mins Beginning and All-Levels Yoga A place to start that covers the basics: posture, alignment, building strength, increasing range of motion, improving flexibility, yoga philosophy, breathing & relaxation. Payment is due the first day of class. Cash or check only, no credit cards. All classes are offered in 8 week sequences or terms, but you can join ANYTIME at a pro-rated cost! (Minimum of 4 classes purchased for a discounted price.) Classes purchased during a current term have to be used with-in that term. If miss a class you can make it up by: attending another class during that term (or) bringing a friend with you to another class during that term. Missed classes can not carry into a new term (no exceptions).
